Accounting experience is required.
Duties include:
Enter payable invoices daily Write payable checks as needed Reconcile Credit Card and other billing statements Complete daily reports as required Assist with other accounting projects as necessary Maintain office equipment and supplies General office duties - making copies, sending faxes, etc.
Maintain an orderly filing system This is a general overview.
Other duties may arise from time to time.
Requirements include:
Accounting experience required Bachelor's degree in accounting Exceptional organization and time management skills Ability to meet all assigned deadlines Excellent communication and administrative skills Reliable and professional with proven track record Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Payroll and general office experience a plus Healthcare, 401k program with company match, paid vacation, no travel required.
Training is provided.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
